Yes, we do. You can either request a completely new design from us or modify one of the available designs in the shop. You can also request that the font, quote, image, or anything else be changed, or you can send us the existing design you have. We will print and ship according to your instructions.
Please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders because it is not our responsibility to resend that item to your new address if you provide the incorrect address and the shipment has not yet been dispatched. If the shipment has already been dispatched, please email us and we will change it to the correct address.
If you receive a faulty item, simply email us a photo of it along with your order number. We will send you a free reshipment if the item(s) delivered to you are faulty or withers after the first wash. You are not required to return it to us. All we’d need is a photo of the faulty item.
